Stay away from ANTS - TEWU leadership warns members

Leadership of the Teachers and Educational Workers Union (TEWU) of the Trade Union Congress (TUC) is warning its members to stay away from a group calling itself Association of Non-teaching Staff (ANTS) which is bent of misleading members to join them.

The leadership says, the group has nothing to do with TEWU and are only deceiving their members for their selfish interests and gains.

Ashanti Regional Chairman of TEWU, Nana Oduro Frimpong has advised members to remain resolute while the leadership of the union works hard to address their concerns.

According to him, the Association of Non-teaching Staff is made up of professional teachers who have nothing to do with the non-teaching staff.

TEWU wants its members to be cautious so that they do not fall victim of any fraud.
