Stop Using President?s Name To Solicit Favour

The Office of the President has asked the general public to be wary of people using the name of President J.A. Kufuor to solicit for favours from Civil Servants, Public Officers and Ministers.

A directive issued by the office and signed by Mr. Kwasi Ankamah, Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff, stated that the office has taken notice that some individuals are going from one department to the other, doing this and advised that anybody who is approached by such a person should always verify with the office.
