The convener for the Youth working committee of the National

Democratic Congress (NDC) Peter Boamah Otokunor has said that the opposition

New Patriotic Party (NPP) has no moral right to criticise the Mills

administration.

Peter Otukunor

described the NPP’’s eight years in office as a failure. He alleged that both

the NPP and Nana Akufo Addo have no better alternative to tell Ghanaians but to

lie.

Speaking to Gold News after a press conference dubbed: exposing the hypocrisy,

double standards,

extreme emptiness of Akufo Addo and the NPP in Accra the youth activist of the

NDC cautioned the NPP to stop the sloganeering and provide alternatives that

will make Ghana a better place.

He said, NPP’s achievement under President Kufuor was

appalling, adding that the NPP failed miserably and did not achieve a quarter

of their manifesto promises.

‘’They were in power for 8-years but failed to listen to the

plight of Ghanaians thus they cannot rule Ghana, but if they want they should

learn good governance from President Mills’’ he said.

Peter Boamah Otokunor maintained that the NPP and its

flagbearer should apologise to Ghanaians for their lies and vile propaganda

against president Mills.

The convener for the National Youth Working Committee (NYWC)

called on the flagbearer of the NPP Nana Akufo Addo to offer an unqualified

apology to the good people of Ghana for referring to the president as a ‘’Prof.

Do-little’’ and describing Ghana’s political system as ‘’Poverty Owning

Democracy’’

As it that was not enough, The NDC youth activist Peter

Boamah Otokunor extended an invitation to the communications director of the

NPP Nana Akomea, to also render an unqualified apology to Ghanaians for lying

and impugning criminal motives to the NDC and calling the NDC fraudsters.

He said, ‘’It will be in Akufo Addo’s interest to sack his

communications director Nana Akomea with immediate effect to save his

campaign’’ Otokunor said.

‘’Nana Akomea, is incompetent and does not know the issues characterising

contemporary politics thus the penchant for yellow propaganda’’ he said.

He described Nana Akomea as a penchant liar that has metamorphosed

to a discredited character who will only worsen the woes and the crippled image

of Akufo Addo and the NPP.
