Stratcomm Africa over the weekend held its annual praise and thanksgiving event dubbed: “Praise Jam 2013” on the theme: “Declaring God's Goodness,” in Accra.
Mr Martin Fynn, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Stratcomm Africa said the annual event was organised every year to bring all its stakeholders and the general public together to thank God for another successful year.
He said this year was the eighth edition and it was an opportunity to make a joyful noise to the Lord, proclaim his faithfulness and to worship him for how generous he had been.
“In Stratcomm Africa, our core value is that we work to the glory of God. We believe our talent and strength which we use to work comes from the Almighty God. Thus we must not stop giving him thanks for his goodness,” he said.
The COO said the organisation's existence in the communication industry for the past 19 years was by the Grace of God, adding, the staff trusted that next year, God would see them through to celebrate the 20th anniversary.
He noted that “we at Stratcomm Africa are able to provide our national and international clients with professional communication and reputation management services of high quality because of the wonderful talents that God has given us”.
Mr Fynn added that with the God given talents, workers would continue to develop and implement systematic and comprehensive communication strategies and achieve profitability for individuals, organisations from both national and international levels.
He urged Ghanaians to meditate on God’s goodness, declaring it and trusting in him to take them safely into 2014 and beyond, “as we sing from our hearts and praise God for his faithfulness throughout the year, let us allow the Holy Spirit to minister unto us”.
Musicians and praise and worship leaders at the event were Danny Nettey, Helen Yawson, Becky Bonney, Bright Mensah, the Togoe Sisters, Minister Kofy and Piesie Esther.
Thousands of people from all the country attended the event to give praise and thanks to the Lord for protecting and guiding them throughout the year.
