Students demonstrate over shit bombing at Amoanapraso

Students and teachers at Amoanapraso Methodist Primary/JHS in the Birem North District of the Eastern region on Wednesday June 28, 2017 demonstrated over rampant shit bombing on the school compound.

According to headmaster of the school, Mr Richard Ofori, teachers will advise themselves if such indecent practices continue adding they are demonstrating against the community to express their grievances.

Speaking in an interview with Agoo news, he said they would be matching to Amoanapraso palace to petition the chief of the community Nana Opoku Agyeman II over the repugnant attitude by some members of the community which according to him is getting out of hands.

He maintained that, if appropriate measures are not considered by authorities of the community and the district education directorate, teachers would seek transfers from the school.

Mr. Ofori revealed that shit bombing has become too widespread, unchecked in the school making teaching unattractive, explaining that within a space of one week, they have experienced shit bombing on three consecutive times.
