GRI "Right of Information Act in the offing?" is the heading of another story in the Chronicle which hints that a bill, similar to the "Freedom of Information Act" of the United States which allows citizens to access information from state institutions, will be tabled in Parliament when the House reconvenes in October. The "Freedom of Information Act" is part of the second amendment of the United States and it constitutionally mandates easy access to information from state institutions. GRI
