GRI In another front page story, the Voice says in a development that would have been unimaginable 16 years ago, about 89 houses are to be returned to their rightful owners and families. Other assets are yet to be released but not without strings attached. While some are held in trust till tax and penalty of some sort are paid, others have been released with outstanding problems yet to be resolved, the Voice reports. The paper says for time now, most Ghanaians have remained very skeptical as to whether the government has actually made any releases in spite of the speculations peddled here and there, more particularly when the so-called released assets have not been published in the dailies and other newspapers.
