Koforidua(Eastern Region) 7 Oct. 1998 The New Juaben Municipal secretary of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT), Mr Felix Andres Lartey, has said quality public education could be attained if teachers saw themselves as professionals who are to mould pupils to participate in national development. He said teachers should be committed and put in their best despite the difficulties confronting them. Mr Lartey was speaking at a lecture organised by the municipal secretariat of GNAT at Effiduase, as part of activities marking this year's "World Teachers' Day". GRi
