As President Kufuor’s government cruises through it’s twenty-second month of existence, the President’s theme of Zero Tolerance against Corruption, Indiscipline and Nepotism (ZOTCIN) is constantly being tested.

On-going investigations by the DISPATCH have uncovered how the management of Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) illegally transferred over US $2.55m (about ?21.74bn) to the contractors undertaking the phase ll Rehabilitation of the Kotoka International Airport, SKANSKA.

The payment was effected before some well-meaning Ghanaians exposed the illegal payment and drew the attention of the GCAA management to it.
