The Crusading Guide

The Crusading Guide in a front page story headlined: "Libyan MD terrorises Ghanaian workers at GLAHCO", says at a time when terrorism by the use of arms is being condemned globally, some Ghanaians are working under conditions that smack of "terrorism minus the use of arms".

According to the Paper, this treatment is being meted out to the Ghanaians employed by the Ghana Libyan Arab Holding Company (GLAHCO) with its current managing director, Mr Salem Serkik, said to be a brother-in-law of Colonel Muammar Al-Qathafi, the Libyan leader, at the centre stage.

The Crusading Guide says with the support of the general manager of the company, Mr Eric Okai, the managing director has constantly maintained "a very unsavoury relationship" with the other Ghanaian employees.

The paper says, at the least provocation, Mr Serkik roars at them and at times uses objects such as a file or a stapler to hit them. Additionally, he is said to have banned the use of radios in the office. GRi
