We can all see that even in broad daylight, streets lights are on, but if we encourage this it will save energy and money for the country. Individuals should also take this into consideration then it reduce their cost. since higher percent of a Ghanaian salary is use to pay bills. if we all take interest in this it will help the country a lot. This is really causing financial lost to the state. Some workers also forget to off their appliances before leaving for work. The programmable thermostart can also reduce fire outbreaks.
