The 'clown' has been fired - Afia Schwarzenegger mocks Maurice Ampaw

Popular TV host and comedian, Afia Schwarzenegger is currently in the middle of a messy divorce battle with estranged husband Lawrence Abrokwah.

The two have been in and out of court over the last couple of weeks, following the alleged cheating scandal that signalled the end of their marriage.

After a video of a nude Afia was leaked online, Abrokwah was reported to the police, and charged with assault and threat of harm, and was later released on bail to the tune of GHC30,000.

Not long after the incident dominated the media space, the lawyer for Abrokwah, popular controversial legal practitioner, Maurice Ampaw revealed that Abrokwah would seek a property settlement once his marriage is dissolved.

However this was debunked by Afia Schwarzenegger, who in an Instagram post some days ago supposedly mocked the lawyer, stating: “I have always tot [thought] ALL lawyers are noble and intelligent people until I heard a clown running his mouth.”

It seems Afia has not given up on her jabs, as after her court session on Wednesday, Afia revealed that the lawyer may have been fired. In a video via her Instagram page, she disclosed that the lawyer was not present at the courtroom today, describing him again as a “clown” who is not really a lawyer.

YEN earlier reported that Afia and Abrokwah had to be separated by the prosecutor in their case earlier on Wednesday, as they nearly engaged in a scuffle over insinuations against each other in the courtroom.

Their case has been adjourned to October 31, as the sitting judge is currently on leave.
