Ho, Sept 29, GNA - Mr Isaac Kodobisah, the Ho Municipal Chief Executive, has assured the management of the Ho Municipal Mutual Health Insurance Scheme of non-interference.
Mr Kodobisah gave the assurance at the launch of the Scheme’s Automated Customer Service System in Ho on Wednesday.
He appealed to the management of the scheme to maintain close working relations with the Municipal Assembly for support in improving its service delivery.
Mr Kodobisah asked students and pupils who attended the launch as part of the Scheme’s Schools Project to be crusaders for the scheme by educating their parents and guardians and relatives to register with the scheme and renew their cards promptly.
The Automated Customer Service System will enable the Scheme to identify members whose membership Identity Cards have expired or are about to expire and remind them by text messaging to renew them promptly.
It will also make it possible for the Scheme to identify newly registered members whose cards are ready and inform them by text to collect them.
Members and the general public can also send their complaints, suggestions, questions and enquiries to the Scheme through the system for prompt redress through 028-9000200 or 024-9177535.
It is able at the click of a button to send a maximum of 60,000 text messages and search for subscribers’ details.
