Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum is a Member of Parliament for Bosomtwe
Member of Parliament for Bosomtwe and New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer hopeful, Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum, has positioned himself as the leader capable of uniting the party ahead of the 2028 general elections.
In a report by adomonline.com on November 17, 2025, Dr Adutwum stressed that the NPP’s future success depends on choosing a leader who can bring together all party factions after the internal contest.
“The party needs a unifier,” Dr Adutwum said, adding that only a united NPP can reclaim power in 2028.

He said his campaign goes beyond personal ambition, focusing on mending divisions, strengthening party structures, and rebuilding confidence among grassroots members.
According to him, running a clean, issues-driven campaign is key to promoting harmony, preventing internal conflicts, and ensuring that all aspirants and supporters feel valued and respected.
He called on delegates to prioritize the party’s long-term interests over short-term considerations, promising to build bridges, energise the base, and lead the NPP to victory.
