A brief rainfall on Thursday flooded some parts of the national capital, Accra.
Areas like Mallam, Sakaman, Odorkor, Kaneshie and Darkuman are among some of the areas that got flooded. Some Ghanaians shared pictures of the floods after the morning rains.
In June 2015, Accra experienced its worst flooding from continuous and heavy rainfall.
It sparked a fire disaster at a fuel station at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle, which led to the death of more than 100 people.
Traffic and commercial activities were disrupted by the floods.
