President John Agyekum Kufuor by an Executive Instrument declared Monday May 3, a public holiday. A statement issued last week and signed by Mr Hackman Owusu-Agyemang, Minister of the Interior said this was in view of the fact that Workers' Day, May 1, a Statutory Public Holiday, fell on a Saturday.
