It was the week in which Ghana woke up to the news that a young graduate had decided to join the Islamic State terror group ISIS, which controls large parts of Syria and Iraq. Later at least two other cases were revealed. Earlier in the week, claims were made by a group of youth that they helped the NDC win the 2012 elections by bribing Togolese citizens in a 'vote for free health care' scheme.
