Former Minister for National Security, Mr. Kofi Totobi-Quakyi, was on Wednesday, charged by the SFO on two counts of conspiracy to commit crime and dishonest disposal of public property.
He is on ? 6 bn bail.
The charge is in connection with the divestiture of the erstwhile Ghana Film Industry Corporation (GFIC).
