The sales launch of an 11-storey, 30-unit development, thoughtfully crafted to house two and three-bedroom houses, in Dzorwulu, a suburb of Accra, on Friday evening took place, in Accra with a call on estate developers to gear up to close the nation’s housing gap.

Called Tower Casacades and described as the Skyline of Dzorwulu, the L-shaped building is the newest residential address in the capital and it is located at the heart of the resurging mixed used neighborhood of Dzorwulu.

It is bordered by the George Bush Highway (N1), the Olusegun Obasanjo Highway, Airport Residential Area and Roman Ridge.

Tower Cascades has been designed to enhance views, natural light; and it is bounded together by a central core which acts like a tree trunk with branches seemingly feeding the apartments.

Each floor houses three apartments with varying location of the balcony, and this offers diverse views per apartment alternating every other floor, and the apartments come fully with fitted kitchens, wardrobes and concealed split air condition units.

Launching the sales at cocktail dinner in Accra, Mr Kobby Antwi Darkwah, Chief Executive Officer of Hawkrad Properties, developers of Tower Cascades, said the building has changed the address of Dzrowulu because of its modern features.

He said similar projects had been done in Osu and Apollonia City, both in Accra.

Mr Antwi – Darkwah urged fellow developers to make economical use of land by going in the building of apartments that would ensure that there is the maximum and best use of land in every construction effort.
