Al Khartoum coach Kwesi Appiah has indicated the difficulty in communicating with his players due to the Language barrier in Sudan.

Kwesi Appiah joined the North African side after leaving his post as Black Stars coach.

The Ghanaian trainer was able to guide his side to finish third in the Sudanese Premier League at the end of the season.

The former Asante Kotoko coach has already been targeted by giants Al Hilal and Al Merrick after his exploit with his Club.

Despite his impressive feat at the Club (Al Khartoum), the former Black Stars coach insists his challenging moment at the Club is the language barrier.

“I was finding it difficult in the sense that they speak Arabic,” he told TV3.

“The difficult part was the language barrier. I believe football has only got one language.”

The former National star became the first indigenous coach to qualify the Black Stars to the FIFA World Cup after guiding the team to the global competition in 2014.
