According to some good Samaritans who helped in putting out the fire before the arrival of the Ghana Fire Service personnel, they detected the smoke around 10.30pm and rushed to the scene.
However, the wooden kiosk was locked and by the time they forced it open, the blazing inferno had snuffed out the lives of the two kids who had been burnt beyond recognition.
The mother of the two kids is now with the Mile 7 police, assisting them with investigations.
