Aflao, Mar. 1, GNA- Two armed robbers who allegedly visited a shrine at Gbagbla near Aflao to offer thanks to the gods for fortifying them against any mishap, have been arrested by the Police upon a tip off. Samuel Adjei, 23, and Baby Teyegbedo, 24, were believed to be operating in Tema and Accra. Their two accomplices however escaped arrest.
Aflao, Mar. 1, GNA- Two armed robbers who allegedly visited a shrine at Gbagbla near Aflao to offer thanks to the gods for fortifying them against any mishap, have been arrested by the Police upon a tip off. Samuel Adjei, 23, and Baby Teyegbedo, 24, were believed to be operating in Tema and Accra. Their two accomplices however escaped arrest. Mr Baba Moro, Assistant Superintendent of Police in charge of Crime at Aflao, told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) that two sharp machetes were retrieved from the suspects. He said the owner of the shrine would be invited to assist the Police in their investigations.
