UG 2024/25 academic year isn't beginning on Sept 30, disregard fake letter – Management

The University of Ghana has asked students and the general public to ignore a letter circulating on social media announcing 30th September 2024 as the reopening date for the school.

In a statement dated September 29, 2024, management described the said letter as false, noting that the date for reopening and the allocation of halls will be formally communicated.

Last week, the school announced the postponement of its reopening date due to ongoing strike actions by various employee groups.
