Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has congratulated Hanna Tetteh, former Minister of Foreign Affairs, for her new appointment at the United Nations (UN).
UN Secretary-General, António Guterres, has announced the appointment of Hanna Serwah Tetteh as Director-General of the United Nations (UN) Office at Nairobi, Kenya.
Ms Tetteh succeeds Ms Sahle-Work Zewde, who has been appointed as Special Representative to the African Union (AU) and Head of the United Nations Office to the African Union (UNOAU).
In a tweet, Mr Ablakwa wrote : “Congratulations Hanna Serwaa Tetteh on your new appointment by the UN Secretary General.
“You made Ghana proud. We celebrate you. Please count on our fervent prayers and unflinching support. We know you will be successful. Cheering you all the way.”
