UT Life Insurance awards outstanding staff

UT Life Insurance has awarded Mr. Philip Adjetey, a sales executive, with the gold prize as the overall best performing Sales Executive for Year 2014.

Mr. Adjetey was presented with the award at the 3rd Annual Sales Conference of the Company held at the Royal Senchi Hotel and themed "Life Insurance Sales; A Career or a Stop Gap Measure."

He took home a plaque, a double door Samsung fridge and an undisclosed amount of money.

Mr. Sheriff Abudu, the General Manager of Business Development for the company, said the Annual Sales Conference was initiated three years ago as part of efforts to reward and motivate hard-working, committed and efficient staff and also spur them on to higher productivity.

The Managing Director of UT Life Insurance, Mr. Tiibu Aziz Rayamah, said UT Life Insurance had come this far because of the dedication and exceptional performance of its sales team.

He added: “In line with our commitment to being reliable, we will ensure that our Sales Executives continuously develop themselves".

Mr. Ernest Ray Asare Addo and Mr. Benjamin Annan won the Silver and Bronze Prizes for Sales Executive category respectively. They each received plaque, Samsung fridge and a home theater together with an undisclosed amount of money.

Three Sales Managers, Mr. Pascal Prince Afetor, Mr. Sadat Yayaha and Mr. Ebenezer Azumah were also awarded as the Gold, Silver and Bronze Prize winners in that order for the year 2014.

Ms Jane Awuvey, Head of Alternative Business and Ms. Safoa Awuku-Asabre, Head of Human Resource & Administration, received the MD's Special Gold and Silver Awards for their exceptional performance for the year under review.

While congratulating the award winners, President of the UT Group, Captain (Rtd) Prince Kofi Amoabeng said: "For me passion is everything, so let us all keep the passion because without it we are not going anywhere".
