Update: Allegation by ATC Ghana against Telecel Ghana

Following a meeting with the Ministry of Communication and Digitalisation and the National Communications Authority (NCA) on Friday 5th July 2024, ATC Ghana has been instructed to reconnect all Telecel Ghana sites by mid-day on Saturday 6th July 2024, and retract their publication on Telecel Ghana in the media via the same means used.

The NCA will arbitrate the issue.

Telecel Ghana would like to thank impacted customers for their patience and assure them of continuous service delivery.

Telecel Ghana reserves the right to use all lawful means to protect its brand and claim damages it will suffer as a result of the publication and any unlawful actions taken by ATC Ghana.
