Veep meets Black caucus.

22 May 1998 The Vice President Professor John Atta Mills has advocated for an association that will bring together legislators from Ghana and the U.S. Addressing the Black caucus of the US congress at Capitol Hill, Prof. Mills urged the congressmen to explore ways of sharing their knowledge and resources with Ghana's Parliament. This sharing could take the form of exchange of information through visits and literature. He said Ghana's Parliament since 1992, has contributed tremendously to the success of the fourth Republic. In spite of the rather difficult conditions under which they have to work, the 200 MPs have lived up to their constitutional responsibilities.
