..allowed to stay on campus
INFORMATION reaching us from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) indicates that the son of Vice-President Aliu Mahama, first-year student Malik Mahama, who recently turned the whole campus into a birthday-carnival, failed his Interim Assessments examination, but was allowed to stay on against the laid-down regulations.

According to the information, Malik scored low marks, far below the admission grades but managed to be "considered" for the continuation of his course, following orders from above... and at the expense of more qualified applicants. The young Malik's birthday bash was estimated at 650 million, a 'project' which puts him in strong contention for a place in the university Book of Records!
