A visually impaired law graduate of the University of Cape Coast (UCC), Caruthers Tetteh has extolled all frontline health workers fighting the Coronavirus pandemic across the country for their sacrifice and selflessness.
According to Caruthers, these health care workers should take pride in the fact that Ghanaians consider them heroes of this defining moment.
He also believes that at the appropriate time, Ghana shall overcome the current affliction.
“To all our medical officers; doctors nurses, administrators, and everyone who is playing a role in these trying times during this global pandemic we know and appreciate the extent to which you have to go just to save lives. No amount of compensation can be compared to the enormous sacrifices you are making. We may not be able to offer you all the necessary protection or support, but you still work with a high sense of commitment. I know that by the grace of God and the spirit of tenacity we all have, we shall overcome,” he stated
He said although the world is fighting an invisible enemy, he believes that with unity victory is attainable.
