Mr Henry Ford Kamel, the Volta Regional Minister, said on Wednesday that it was logical for chiefs from the Volta Region to be concerned with bickering within National Democratic Congress (NDC).

This is because of the attachment of the majority of their people to the Party.

Mr Kamel was speaking during a courtesy call on him by Togbe Tsikata Agbodzie II and Mama Biana, newly installed chief (Dufia) and Queen of Srogboe, in the Keta Municipality.

Mr Kamel said peace in the NDC would be of great benefit to the people of the region.

He commended the chiefs and people of Srogboe and the entire area for the orderly manner in which the investiture of the chiefs was conducted at the weekend.

Speaking through a spokesperson Togbe Agbodzie and Mama Biana, who with four others including their “Agbotadua” were outdoored at a joint ceremony at Srogboe at the weekend, said they were calling on the Minister to show appreciation for honouring their invitation to the investiture.

The other chiefs outdoored at the same ceremony were Togbe Nyaho Tamakloe V, Miafiaga of Anlo and Togbe Age III, Dufia of Genui.**
