Hon. Alban Bagbin has expressed joy at NDC founder, Jerry Rawlings’ speech lauding the positive changes in the NDC and asking his wife to return “home”.
The astute politician who was speaking in an interview with rawgist.com said the party will whole-heartedly welcome her home.
When asked if he was neutral in the ongoing politicking within the party, he revealed that he was an unrepentant member of the NDC and hence could only be impartial but never neutral.
He also took the platform to emphasize the importance of social justice as a core tenet of social democracy.
He urged Ghanaians to keep faith with the NDC since the NDC’s ideology and philosophies emphasizes “equitable sharing of the national cake,” adding that all countries with social democratic leadership exhibit a common trait of producing a healthy, productive populace who live a good life and enjoy a high human development index consistently.
