Inspector Osei said the complainant rushed to the scene and saw the accused in "blue-black shirt and three-quarters trousers" standing on top of a vehicle parked in the yard.

He said the complainant called out the name of the accused, who sensing danger, jumped from the vehicle and managed to escape from the scene.

He said at about 0530 hours, the complainant and his two colleagues went to the house of the accused at Sekondi West Ridge and arrested the accused who was wearing the trousers.

Inspector Osei said the accused was handed over to the Police and during investigations, the room of the accused was searched and the "Blue-Black Shirt" was found.
