This man rides in a Bentley with registration 'Asantehene'. Two issues: Which law in Ghana permits the Asantehene to use his title for the registration of his official car? Are other paramount chiefs (or cultural "kings"!) in Ghana able to use their title as registration for their official cars?

Please note that the president of the republic of Ghana does not ride in a Bentley.
