National Chairman of the People's National Convention (PNC), Bernard Mornah, has jumped to the defense of Mr Albert Kan Dapaah following a viral video of the National Security Minister indulged in a romantic conversation with his alleged 'side chick'.

Mr Mornarh in a Facebook post, monitored by GhanaWeb, condemned all those happily sharing the videos and questioned if they (critics) have never been involved in such intimacy before.

He, however, described the video which has since gone viral on social media as dangerous and disgusting.

"This morning, I woke to a very dangerous and disgusting video involving our National Security Minister. I think it is very bad to tarnish a man's image to this level. Which of us has/have not been involved in intimacy such that we give confidence to the other person?. I condemn this with the energy at my command and please desist from sharing the video with me."

Yesterday, January 12, 2020, a video of National Security Minister, Albert Kan Dapaah, making the rounds on social media shows him sweet-talking a woman who by the look of things is not his wife.

The footage, which is a video call recorded by the unknown woman, details a love struck Kan Dapaah who helplessly takes orders from the lady whose face is not captured in the conversation.

The 66-year-old National Security boss who appeared to be in Europe on assignment was clad in dark-blue dotted pyjamas which he flaunted upon request by the unidentified lady, GhanaWeb monitored.

“…I want to see your pyjamas. I want to see the front, the back, like the way you did it yesterday… Turn around and let me see it, is it trousers or shorts… raise your leg…” to which the minister obeys without complaint.

Mr. Kan Dapaah seemingly oblivious of the recording, threw all caution to the wind and requested a hug from her, reiterating that a hug from her would ‘immediately put me to sleep’.

Whiles some critics are calling for the resignation of the National Security Minister, others like NDC's Sam George and Mr. Mornah have described the call as unnecessary.
