Prophet Bernard Elbernard Nelson-Eshun, General Overseer of the Spiritlife Revival Ministries, has revealed that he has been receiving threats following his recent prophecy predicting a win for the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, in the upcoming December 7 elections.

In a Facebook post on October 23, 2024, the prophet expressed concern over the backlash he has faced since sharing his vision.

In his post, he questioned why his prophecies stirred such strong reactions, especially from those who claim not to believe in prophecy.

“Why are you worried about my prophecies? Why get disturbed when I share my visions? Why the threats, intimidation, insults, lies, and aggressive responses?

“You claim you don't believe in prophecy, yet you are anxious and react with concern. Don't invest emotional energy in what you don’t believe in. Why the contradiction?

“You question my prophetic ministry and my calling, yet engage in debates about my visions. Why? I thought you said God is not interested and involved in politics, so why the outrage now?

“I thought you said you don't believe in my visions and prophetic ministry, so why do you get upset and react emotionally and let them disturb you when I share my visions and revelations?" the prophet wrote.

Prophet Elbernard also pointed out the contradiction of his critics, stating that while they question his prophetic ministry and call his visions into doubt, they still engage in debates over his revelations.

In a separate Instagram post on October 22, 2024, Prophet Elbernard provided more details of his vision, in which he claimed to have seen former President Mahama winning the 2024 elections.

According to him, the vision showed voters casting their ballots, with Mahama’s image appearing alongside the NDC logo on the ballot papers.

“I had a vivid vision where I saw Ghana's 2024 presidential election unfolding on December 7th. In this vision, the voting process had commenced, and ballot papers were distributed to voters. Interestingly, I noticed that the ballot papers were counted up to number eight, revealing John Mahama's picture alongside the National Democratic Congress (NDC) logo,” he wrote.

He had previously predicted that the NDC flagbearer, who would occupy the eighth position on the ballot, would win the election.
