Wontumi is not even fit to be a 'serial caller' - NDC Communicator

NDC’s Ashanti Regional Communication Director, Abass Nurudeen has described the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party [NPP], Bernard Antwi Boasiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi as a 'social misfit' for some comment he made about the late father of former President John Dramani Mahama, Mr. E. A Mahama.

The outspoken NPP Chairman tagged Mr. E. A Mahama as a 'corrupt' person when he was alive – an act he said has been inherited by his son, former President John Mahama.

“President John Mahama is a corrupt thief just like his father, Mr. E.A Mahama, who was an Agric Minister in Nkrumah’s administration,” Chairman Wontumi is on record to have said.

This did not go down well with the NDC Communicator who used some strong words on Chairman Wontumi in an interview on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’, April 16, 2019.

“He [Wontumi] is a very ignorant person who is not fit to be any party's serial caller, not to talk of being a Chairman . . . everything shows he's a social misfit,” he said.
