Mpasatia (Ash), Oct 20, GNA - Work is progressing steadily on the construction of two dormitory blocks to ease accommodation problems facing the Mpasatia Secondary/Technical School.
The two 300-capacity each dormitory blocks for both boys and girls valued at several millions of cedis, are jointly being financed by the school's Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), chiefs, Atwima-Mponua District Assembly and other philanthropic individuals from the area.
Mr. Kwasi Adu-Gyamfi, Headmaster of the school and some members of the PTA who led the Ghana News Agency during an inspection, said since the school was a developing one, all stakeholders had thrown their weight behind the school's management to ensure a major facelift and the provision of the necessary infrastructure facilities in the school. He also expressed sincere appreciation to the management of the Atwima Rural Bank for assisting the school with 25 bags of cement towards a dinning hall project.
