The GHC51 million judgment debt trial involving businessman, Alfred Agbesi Woyome, has been adjourned to May 19, 2014.
He continued with his evidence-in-chief this morning at the financial division of the Accra Fast Track High Court.
He was led by his Counsel, Sarfo Boabeng.
According to XYZ News’ Ibrahim Alhassan, Mr. Woyome was this time round coherent with his testimony compared to last week when the judge had to adjourn the case because of the inconsistency of his testimony.
Mr. Woyome in court today provided the courts some documents to proof his claim that some government officials gave approval for him to seek funding for the building of some stadia for the 2008 African Cup of Nations tournament.
The embattled business man is defending the payment of the GHC 51.2 million judgment debt to him by government.
