You’re not making sense with your baseless allegations – Samia to Joshua Attoh

Daughter of Kwame Nkrumah, Samia Nkrumah, has condemned Joshua Attoh for his comment concerning her father’s educational background among other "false" utterances he made on a talk show on Citi TV.

She was appalled that he could make such demeaning remarks about Kwame Nkrumah instead of focusing on how best to contribute to the development of Ghana.

According to Samia she is amazed that after over decades of her father’s death, someone (Joshua Attoh Quarshie) is coming out to damaged his hard-earned reputation “60 years after his passing, 60 years after his death, someone is telling us something".

“Why should we Ghanaians insult him in this manner? The whole world knows what he did, the whole world has recognised his contribution” so how can we give prominence to a story from someone commenting about this great pan Africanist” she said in an interview with Ghanaweb.

Meanwhile, Samia's brother, Sekou Nkrumah has also made a similar argument on his social media handle where he referred to Joshua Attoh as a fool trying to dent the image of his father.

“Nkrumah used to pump the toilet before he can get his daily bread…he never studied anything…socialists put all these on Nkrumah…what did he study?” he quizzed.

“So how can that stupid UP man explain that with no university degree Nkrumah could write 15 solid political books? I mean how? How many books did their doctors and professors combined write?” he wrote.

“…Nkrumah was top of his class, an excellent academic with several university degrees! An exceptional political organizer and orator! A political theorist who shaped the African decolonization process! A legend who put Ghana on the world political map. A hero who made Africa great again!” he added.
