The Member of Parliament for Builsa South has thrown salvos at Gabby Otchere-Darko over his suggestion of President Akufo-Addo transforming the nation systematically.

The legislator is wondering why Gabby Otchere Darko would make such a suggestion when the president is "trying to change Ghana’s history" and plotting to collapse businesses of his political opponents.

Mr Otchere-Darko, commenting on Menzgold saga has posited that the president has been slammed over the saga despite the action by state authorities to clamp down the illegal activities of Menzgold.

Gabby in a Facebook post said: “Akufo-Addo abr3 roff! First, he got criticized by clients and beneficiaries when the system started taking action against the activities of Menzgold. Now, he’s being blamed for not ‘protecting’ Menzgold’s customers,” he wrote in a post.

He was optimistic the country was on a path of tremendous transformation saying: “Systematically, Akufo-Addo is transforming the structure of our nation. There is a plan; there is a programme; most of all, conviction. Keep the faith.”

But Dr. Apaak says the plan by this administration which Gabby talks about is to use state power to collapse banks, companies and entities of President Akufo-Addo’s political opponents.

"I agree with Gabby that there is a plan, it is called “state capture” and yes there is a programme, it is called “kill banks, companies and entities” of NADAA’S internal and external political opponents.

Folks, Gabby says what? Why should the people keep faith when systematically, Akufo-Addo, his Uncle, is trying to change the history of Ghana and is working to transform the structure of our nation as part of his hegemonic agenda?

I agree with Gabby that there is a plan, it is called “state capture” and yes there is a programme, it is called “kill banks, companies and entities” of NADAA’S internal and external political opponents.

Why wouldn’t Gabby say its a conviction? He is part of the agenda designed to benefit him and his clansmen.

However, Gabby must remember that such attempts have failed miserably in history.

Soon, the masses will rise because they will not keep faith with a plan to make one group or organisation more powerful; to have control, and importance than others.

I remain a citizen! Dr. Apaak
