CONCERN YOUTH OF KROBOLAND CONGRATULATES MRS. DEDO DIFIE AGYARKO-KUSI FOR HER APPOINTMENT AS AMBASSADOR TO THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH KOREA.
We the Concern Youth of Kroboland (CYK) on behalf of the youth and people of the Kroboland would like to congratulate you on your appointment by the President as Ghana’s Ambassador to the Republic of South Korea. The entire KLOMA (Kroboland) is in a joyous mood upon hearing the news of your appointment.
Your appointment has come at a crucial time under the able leadership of H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s vision to position the country’s economy to that of production. We firmly believe that your performance would be par excellence especially in the smooth economic integration between the two countries to position Ghana as the best investment destination.
'Maami Dedo' as we affectionately called her is a consummate woman, intellectual and astute politician. She stood twice on the ticket of the NPP as Parliamentary Candidate for the Lower Manya Krobo Constituency; she served as Constituency Patron and Regional Patron respectively and also served on the NPP National Council. In her professional life and experience, she is an International Lawyer who once worked with the International Court of Justice. Also along the line served this nation as Ghana’s Deputy Ambassador to France. She is a multi-linguist who could read and write Spanish, French, and Russian. We, therefore, believe that with the above experiences and international exposure, the President of the Republic of Ghana has made the right choice.
We would like to also thank the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for once again, the honour done to KROBOLAND by appointing one of the illustrious daughters of the Kroboland, Mrs. Dedo Difie Agyarko-Kusi to serve in his government as Ambassador to the Republic of South Korea.
Mr. President, you have once again demonstrated your commitment and pledged that the Krobo’s have a big role to play in your government. And this has put to rest the propaganda by section of politicians "that an NPP government will not work with them but rather confiscate their lands".
We firmly believe that this appointment of Mr. Dedo Difie Agyarko-Kusi is a blessing to the Kroboland and that her performance will shine a good light on Ghana and the Kroboland as a whole and is an opportunity to market the reach culture of our people and also help bring investors to the area to develop our untapped economic potentials to help stimulate growth and job creation for the teeming unemployed youth in the Krobo areas.
Once again KLOMA (Kroboland) congratulates you.
Signed!
