Mr Henry Oroh, the Managing Director of Zenith Bank Ghana Limited, has commended government’s ambition to build the most business friendly economy in Africa and to create jobs and prosperity for all Ghanaians.
He pledged the Bank’s support for its customers and the government to achieve these aspirations to develop the country.
Mr Oroh was speaking during the Bank’s 12 year anniversary celebration health walk for its staff, partners and customers in Accra.
It was on the theme: “Health Walk…. Aspire for Ghana’s Future.”
He said good health could be achieved by adopting the right behaviours and also by positive thinking.
He expressed the hope that the working class and all Ghanaians would aspire to live healthy lives to secure a very bright future for the Nation.
This year’s event saw the Deputy Minister of Energy, Mr William Owuraku Aidoo and other high ranked personalities participating in the walk.
He said only two months ago, the Bank moved to its own premises, which was call the ‘Zenith Heights’ and it was consider as a landmark achievement within 12 years of doing business in Ghana.
He said in future, the best way to appreciate the good gesture and patronage was to improve the service delivery to customers.
He said the Bank would continue to invest in the best people, environment and technology in line with its mission statement and “we shall seek to be more innovative to achieve this.”
He said the Bank would therefore continue to aspire to provide its cherished customers with proactive banking solutions to meet their changing needs.
The walk started at the Accra Sports Stadium, went through the other major streets of the capital, and ended at the Accra Sports Stadium.
