Accra, Aug. 15 GNA 96 The main index of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) made a marginal gain on Tuesday gaining 0.29 points in trading that saw new entrant Ayrton selling more than 3.7 million shares. The GSE All Share Index, the main stock index, ended at 4,876.41 points from 4,876.12 points.
Change for the year was 2.25 per cent.
There were three price changes, all gains. Aluworks gained one cedi 6,804 cedis, ECOBANK gained one cedi at 11,791 cedis while Guinness Ghana Limited went up by four cedis at 9,230 cedis.
Total shares traded ended at 3,750,500 cedis while Market Capitalisation was 97,386.27 billion cedis.
