Mahamudu Bawumia who was endorsed by the National Executive
Committee of the New Patriotic Party as the running mate of the flag
bearer, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. Dr Bawumia, who was born on October 7, 1963, has been a
Deputy Governor of the Bank of Ghana since June 2006. He is also Chairman, Capital Market Committee- Ghana Other
