New book discusses the rudiments of African political institutions and the functions of public administrators to promote order and transparency

Nacogdoches, TX – (Release Date TBD) – Authors Kwame Badu Antwi-Boasiako and Okyere Bonna have been critically following African politics. In their endeavor, they met great individuals with admirably strong political views, but remained quiet for their family’s future. The authors thus present their new book, Traditional Institutions and Public Administration in Democratic Africa as a challenge to those individuals who might have made significant contributions to Africa’s political environment, if not for their fears.

Traditional Institutions and Public Administration in Democratic Africa is a highly political book that tackles the most pressing contemporary issues of Africa. The first chapter opens with a thorough discussion on neo-colonialism in Africa. It questions the authenticity of African democracy as it points out the presence of groups and individuals who exploit African resources to their advantage. The chains of colonialism has perpetually defeated democracy in Africa and the oppressors continue to financially control its nations.

This book of political awareness probes into the traditional institutions as well as the functions of the government to explain the political satus quo of Africa. It emphasizes the negative impact of adhering to democratic structures that impair the positive practices and values of the traditional African administrative culture. An eye-opener, Traditional Institutions and Public Administration in Democratic Africa boldly exposes revolutionary views that challenge and defy democracy in the African soil. It encourages students and concerned individuals to speak up for their land and their future. For more information, log on to www.Xlibris.com.
