Man elopes with 15-year-old school girl

Jasikan, June 11, GNA - Kofi Voemewor, a 22-year-old Togolese labourer, is being sought by the Police for eloping with Enyonam Adzo Biawo, a 15 year-old junior high school student. Assistant Superintendent of Police Benjamin Dokurugu, Jasikan District Police Commander, told the Ghana News Agency that Voemewor absconded to Yeviefe in the Republic of Togo with the same victim in November 2008.

Jasikan, June 11, GNA - Kofi Voemewor, a 22-year-old Togolese labourer, is being sought by the Police for eloping with Enyonam Adzo Biawo, a 15 year-old junior high school student. Assistant Superintendent of Police Benjamin Dokurugu, Jasikan District Police Commander, told the Ghana News Agency that Voemewor absconded to Yeviefe in the Republic of Togo with the same victim in November 2008. He said they were found after three weeks and Voemewor was arrested when he came back to Jasikan and left on bail. The visibly worried mother of victim, Madam Nora Otempong, told the since not returned. Madam Otempong is appealing to the public to volunteer information leading to the discovery of her daughter who is believed to be hiding in Accra.
