The judge should have referred this matter to the AG for better investigations and proper prosecution. It looks like some money has changed hands as usual. The survivor is suffering double jeopardy here. How can the accused go scot-free just because the prosecution intentionally did a poor job? This is gross injustice and disgraceful. The judge is behaving like a robot. If this had happened to her daughter would she have come to the same conclusion?

Let us be ware, Ghana. If there's ever going to be civil unrest in the country, it is going to come as a result of the nonsensical behaviour and utterances of the press. Can any sensible person explain why the accused's name, Emmanuel Mensah, should be replaced by 'former NDC Communications Officer' in this story, especially when there's nothing in it (the story) that is political? Sometimes it is a shame to hear some of our journalists behave as if the problems of this country are caused by every other group of persons but them.
