The cure for depression is knowing Jesus. Today I was hit with some very terrible news, but because I have Jesus so even though I'm suffering, I know that Jesus is holding me, so I am okay, and not in depression!!!

Don’t be silly. Even mental health professionals suffer from depression. Only the Lord Jesus Christ gives perfect peace in the midst of the storm. Repent sinner.
