We have a stupid leader appointing stupid officials to run affairs of state.. The EC and the Supreme Court are all suffering from the economic malaise of Akuffo Addo's incompetence and cluelessness. Yet they don't want to think. Can anyone issue an injunction against a president doing his constitutional duties? We are not serious joking in this country. Certificateless Akuffo Addo is a junkie. This case is dead on arrival. Its akin to stillbirth. How can a qualified lawyer proceed to court with such incongruous case if not blinded by parochial politics? Because A B C have not been present for vetting for prior approval don't approve D E F. what an apology of a lawyer. In 1997 the NDC argued that persons who were ministers prior to the 1996 elections should not be vetted. The NPP said otherwise and went to court. The court held that since the appointment is in a different election the should receive prior parliamentary approval. No minister reassigned has been vetted unless a deputy minister is being appointed as a minister. Pettiness at its highest apogee
