  I am not sure why you are shouting with excitement. Yes it is true that Amidu initiated Agyabeng’s removal, why? Because Amidu has documented serious corruption by the SP, and who are the SP’s bosses, the president and the chief justice. So in effect, the president has been protecting the SP until there is pressure on him to remove him. I am not sure why you are happy about this. Ghana is suffering from the abuses of corrupt officials and rather than coming together to condemn and fight it, some of you have been defending this harmful behaviours that has brought the country to its knees.

  Ok. Martin Amidu has a duty to prove to Ghanaians that he is not acting out of envy and jealousy against his successor who has, on all fronts, outshone him in that position. Is he hoping that by removing the SP he would look less a failure at that job? Or is this an attempt to make himself look relevant to the campaigns of the NDC?
  
  Whatever his intentions, he should remember that is very boisterous resignation did little to help the fortunes of his party in the last elections. This one too shall come to pass with no effect.

  Certainly, the President is duly following the stipulated processes by referring the petition to the CJ. There is, therefore, no need of unhelpful or unnecessary comments on the matter, as it passes through its normal course.

This beggar President knows how to follow procedure when it comes to matters that he clearly sides with, for the attempt to remove the Special Prosecutor clearly is designed to forestall any further prosecution of Akufo-Addo's corrupt government officials. The Special Prosecutor's relentless pursuit of NPP government thieves is the reason why ananse Akufo-Addo has conspired with his stooge Amidu to bring this petition demanding the Special Prosecutor's removal. Amidu may have left theat office a disgruntled soul, but he continues to be a behind the scenes stooge of Akufo-Addo out to undermine the efforts of the current Special Prosecutor. So, if Akufo-Addo knows how procedural practices operate, why then did he not follow the procedure detailing when a bill passed by Parliament should be signed when a Parliament recently sent him a bill for his action and he instead unleashed his in-house bullies to go after members of parliament?
